Folic acid supplements during pregnancy?
I'm in my first trimester and I will give a woman a day prenatal vitamins + DHA / EPA gels liquids also I just started taking Viactiv chewable calcium because I am lactose intolerant what folic acid supplement would you recommend to go along with these others? Thanks:)
