What size of Victoria's Secret bathing suit should I buy?

I am a size 4 in most jeans, and weight 126 pounds, I'm 5'4, and I am a 32-34B cup. What size of Victoria's Secret bathing suit should I buy? I take small, but I hear that are very small, should I get half? I'm thin, but not as toned as it could be.

    scuff them on cement or buy the non slip pads they make for heels (usually in the shoe dept or the Scholls dept.) sandpaper will work too.
