Research has shown that Rose has an immune-enhancing properties of the body and help prevent the deterioration of all types of infections.
Some herbalists also recommend using rose petals for the treatment of heavy or irregular menstrual periods, infertility and even encourage sexual desire in individuals, so even may want to compose your own brew at 14! Here's how:
Rose Petal Tea
1-1/2 cups of rose petals
3 cups water
The honey and sugar, to taste
Collect their fresh rose petals in your industry (choose carefully) wash water. Then place the rose petals in a pot or pan. Cover the petals with water and boil for 5 minutes, or until the petals fade. Strain into cups of tea and honey or sugar added. Delicious served alone or with some organic milk.
