In 1891, a child born in Dunedin, New Zealand. His name was David Low, one of the best political cartoonists 20th century. Under the decision to become a cartoonist after he got his hands on pile of old Punch magazine issues. first taste of success came under the age of only 15 when she had cartoons published in a handful of magazines and newspapers;

While still a teenager, he was discharged from a job as a regular cartoonist for the "New Zealand Spectator."
Not long after it was a fact work in an Australian magazine found under the same in Edinburgh, drawing on 'The Daily News' after a British artist wrote an article about him in the new statesmen. The agreement included a notice in the evening paper, La Estrella. Then he was discharged a large project 'The Star'. I was going to draw a portrait of the greatest 50 British citizens.
